The National Heart, Lung, & Blood Institute is celebrating its 70th birthday this month with a Congressional reception, and you are invited to attend! The celebration will take place on Thurdsay, June 28, 2018 from 5:30 – 7:00 pm Eastern in the Kennedy Caucus Room (SR 325), Russell Senate Office Building in Washington, DC.
Guest speakers at the reception include Francis Collins, M.D., Ph.D, Director of the National Institutes of Health [Invited], Gary Gibbons, M.D., Director of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, and Eugene Braunwald, M.D., Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
